what to expect
My first session with you focuses on establishing a coaching relationship. This relationship is critical to the success of the coaching process, and is not ‘one size fits all’. The selection of a coach is a very personal decision, and this first session allows you to decide whether our relationship is right for you. For this reason, the first session with UP Leadership and Organisational Coaching is obligation free.
I conduct my coaching sessions face to face or over the telephone. Face to face sessions occur out of the work environment to ensure you can commit your full attention to the achievement of your goals. Sessions are conducted in a private area of your choosing, and typically last 60 minutes.
My coaching process involves more frequent sessions at the start of our relationship. This ensures early identification of challenges, allowing us to focus on goals and strategies to overcome them. As the process continues, there is more time between our sessions, allowing you to employ, evaluate and adjust these goals and strategies from one session to the next.
The number of sessions we have together is tailored to meet your particular situation. This can be discussed in our first meeting.

Confidentiality is one of the key aspects of our coaching relationship. You have my guarantee that the content of any discussions will remain between us.
