about me
My name is Cate Leggett, and I have over 25 years experience in leadership training and development, gained during my career as an officer in the Australian Defence Force. I am Canberra based, and for the last five years of my career I have worked solely as a coach. During this time, my focus has largely been on the implementation of cultural change in both government and not-for-profit organisations.
My many interactions with clients have given me exposure to a wide variety of scenarios and issues. I get great satisfaction supporting clients adjusting to the challenges that come with a career change, and helping people reintegrate into the workforce after time out with family. As an organisational coach, I take great pleasure in supporting leaders through the challenging processes of team building and performance management.
I am trained by the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership as an Accredited Coach. I am a member of the International Coach Federation, and am credentialed with them as an Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
